How long does delivery take?
Standard delivery is available Pakistan-wide with area-based charges. In-store pickup is also available in Rawalpindi.
How do I submit my prescription?
You can enter your prescription manually (OD/OS Sphere, Cylinder, Axis, ADD, PD) or upload a JPG, JPEG, PNG, or PDF file up to 5MB during checkout.
How long does prescription verification take?
Our team reviews every prescription order before processing. If anything is unclear, we'll ask you to confirm or correct it before your order is confirmed.
What is your return policy?
Frames and sunglasses can be returned or exchanged per our store policy. Prescription eyewear is generally non-returnable unless there is a manufacturing or fulfillment issue. Contact lens returns are limited to unopened, sealed packs.
What payment methods are accepted?
Pay at Pickup (cash, in-store collection only) and Bank Transfer (with payment proof upload, required for delivery orders) are both supported.
